Online Portal for Employees & Customers
The Shared Medical Services online portal is a custom designed intranet for SMS employees the began as a simple dashboard for employees to manage their expenses, inventory orders, credentials/licensing, and general employee information (among other tools and features). Shortly after launch, SMS added extranet capabilities for their customers so they could schedule patients, process orders, view SMS employee licenses/certifications, access QA reports and metrics, and stay up-to-date with the latest SMS news and documentation.
