The system is a globally-distributed support site that gives users 24/7 access to technical documentation, software downloads, training resources/certifications, FAQs, and general product information. Recently Bruker has introduced a new feature of the support site that allows Account Managers the ability to create and process customer support contracts and renewals; the tool is controlled geographically so that contracts automatically update/convert to the regional currency base. With offices on 6 continents, Bruker’s support system is by far KMG’s most traffic-heavy intranet/extranet to date.
